Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
CMS announces an outage for the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system on Sunday, August 18, 2013. The maintenance window will begin at 2:00 AM ET on Sunday, August 18, 2013. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 2:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 18, 2013.
Please note that this outage is in addition to the previously announced outage for August 10-11, 2013 (see below).
