Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS announces an upcoming outage to the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable for the weekend of Friday, September 13, 2013 - Sunday, September 15, 2013. The maintenance window will begin at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, September 13, 2013. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session of the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 9:00 PM ET on Sunday, September 15, 2013.
Please note that this outage will be in addition to the previously announced outage for Sunday, September 1, 2013. Please remind your operational staff of this Sunday's upcoming outage (as detailed below).
