Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
HETS has experienced two short intervals this afternoon where system performance suffered and error rates/response times increased. CMS IT is fully engaged in these issues and has restored normal service at this time.
CMS will perform additional system maintenance this evening starting at 9:00 PM ET to ensure this issue is completely resolved. CMS anticipates that HETS will be available during this period but there may be additional intervals where there are higher than normal error rates and response times. CMS believes that this maintenance will be completed by 1:00 AM ET on Friday, May 30, 2014.
