Thank you for your assistance today. Several HPG Users have reported issues to the MCARE Help Desk. The Help Desk is either resolving these issues or reporting them to CMS IT as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as CMS works through these issues.
MCARE has received several calls from HPG Users that are encountering issues with the Internet Explorer browser version 11. If you encounter issues with blank screens when trying to access HPG or EIDM via the CMS Enterprise Portal, then CMS recommends utilizing Internet Explorer version 8 or 9 or an alternate browser. Internet Explorer version 10 should be used in ‘Compatibility Mode’.
