Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS announce two upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. The first outage will begin at 8:30 AM ET on Saturday, March 19, 2016. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:30 PM ET on Saturday, March 19, 2016.
The second outage will begin at 11:30 PM ET on Saturday, March 19, 2016. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:30 PM ET on Sunday, March 20, 2016.
These outages are in addition to the previously announced outages for March 4-6 and March 6-7, 2016 (announced below).
