Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS announces an upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. The outage will begin at 8:30 PM ET on Friday, March 24, 2017. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
Please note that this outage is in addition to the previously announced outages for Saturday, March 11 and Saturday, March 18, 2017. (see below).
