Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS announces a new upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. CMS will deploy the HETS 270/271 R2017Q400 release on Saturday, November 18, 2017. The installation will begin at 7:30 AM ET on Saturday, November 18, 2017. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 2:00 PM ET on Saturday, November 18, 2017. HETS Submitters should review the documents provided below to prepare for this important upcoming release.
