Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS previously announced an upcoming HETS 270/271 R2018Q100 system release. CMS now announces an outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system to allow for this release installation. HETS 270/271 R2018Q100 release installation will begin at 7:30 AM ET on Saturday, March 24, 2018. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period for data center maintenance. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the installation window will be completed by 2:00 PM ET on Saturday, March 24, 2018.
Following this release, HETS 270/271 may return modified information on the HETS eligibility response. CMS recommends that all HETS submitters use the HETS 270/271 R2018Q100 Companion Guide and Release Summary documents linked below to prepare for this upcoming release.
