Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS reminds HETS Submitters of an upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Data center maintenance will begin at 11:30 PM ET on Friday, June 29, 2018. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period for data center maintenance. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
Additionally, CMS announces a new upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. HETS 270/271 system maintenance will begin at 7:30 AM ET on Saturday, July 7, 2018. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period for data center maintenance. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 11:30 AM ET on Saturday, July 7, 2018.
