Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS reminds Submitters of an upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. CMS data center maintenance will begin at 8:30 PM ET on Friday, June 28, 2019. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:30 PM ET on Saturday, June 29, 2019.
CMS also notifies Submitters of upcoming maintenance in the CMS data center. At this time, CMS does not anticipate that this maintenance will cause noticeable impact to HETS 270/271 availability or performance. The upcoming dates for this maintenance are:
Sunday, June 30, 2019 - 12:00 AM (Midnight) ET thru 2:30 AM ET
Saturday, July 6, 2019 - 7:00 AM ET thru 12:00 PM (Noon) ET
Saturday, July 13, 2019 - 7:00 AM ET thru 12:00 PM (Noon) ET
Please note that this new outage is in addition to the previously announced outage for July 7, 2019.
