Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
Due to issues with the HETS 270/271 application following the R2013Q400 release, CMS is removing the version that was installed Saturday, December 14, 2013. The HETS 270/271 will remain unavailable until further notice - we estimate that this work should be complete by 10:00 PM ET tonight, Monday, December 16, 2013. Submitters will be notified when the HETS application is once again available.
When HETS does return to service it will be the previous version of the application that was in place until Saturday, December 14, 2013. The only exception is that HETS 270/271 will continue to display Medicare 2014 rates. The changes and modifications outlines in the documents linked below will no longer be applicable to the HETS 270/271 application.
CMS will advise a new R2013Q400 release installation date as soon as possible.
