Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The MCARE Help Desk is located in an area that is experiencing winter weather. To ensure the safety of our employees, the MCARE Help Desk will be closing at 11:00 AM ET today. The Help Desk currently plans to reopen at its regular operational hours of 7:00 AM ET on Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
If you encounter an urgent issue before 7:00 PM ET tonight, please email mcare@cms.hhs.gov for assistance. MCARE staff will monitor the mailbox until 7:00 PM this evening.
