Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
CMS is restating the scheduled times for upcoming HETS maintenance. An updated, consolidated schedule is listed below.
CMS announces that it will perform maintenance on the HETS system on Sunday, August 19, 2012. The maintenance window will begin at 5:00 AM ET on Sunday, August 19, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to send requests to the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 5:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 19, 2012.
CMS also announces that it will perform maintenance on the HETS system on Sunday, August 26, 2012. The maintenance window will begin at 8:00 AM ET on Sunday, August 26, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to send requests to the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 4:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 26, 2012.
