CMS has published an updated HETS 270/271 Q3 Release Sample 271 Responses document (version 3-0) in anticipation of the Q3 2012 release (currently scheduled for November, 2012). HETS submitters should use this Sample 271 Responses document and the previously released Q3 Release Summary and Companion Guide documents to prepare for this important upcoming release.
