Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently unavailable and will remain unavailable until approximately 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 28, 2012. The system will allow a user to sign into IACS, but will not load the HETS UI Eligibility system and/or allow the user to enter beneficiary information to create a new request. CMS anticipates that service will be restored at approximately 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, October 28, 2012. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the Help Desk.
