Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
All AWS East connectivity related issues to the Medicare HETS 270/271 system have been resolved. HETS submitters should now see normal connectivity and performance for all eligibility requests. HETS remained available throughout the entire incident.
The MCARE Help Desk's phone service issue is also resolved and working normally.
