Medicare HETS 270/271 - System Connectivity Update - June 13, 2023

Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:

Inbound traffic to the Medicare HETS 270/271 system has been diverted to another region.  All HETS Submitters (TCP/IP submitters via a HETS NSV, SOAP+WSDL, MIME) should now be seeing improved availability of connections to HETS.

CMS IT continues to work the issue while monitoring current status.  We will notify all HETS Submitters when the situation has been fully resolved and HETS service has been restored to normal operational status. Thank you for your understanding.
