The Chronically Critically Ill Population Payment Recommendations (CCIP-PR) project's objective is to develop payment reform recommendations for providers treating medically complex, chronically critically ill patients requiring extended hospital-level care. Payment reform recommendations should cross multiple provider settings which may include General Acute Care Hospitals, Long-term Care Hospitals, Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, and Skilled Nursing Home Facilities.
