Description
This task order provides ongoing support for the collection and management of clinical quality measure data for the Medicare Care Management Performance demonstration. This demonstration began operations on July 1, 2007 and will continue through June 30, 2010. Data collection activities will continue for another year after that date. Initial work for this demonstration was conducted by Research Triangle Institute International (RTI) and its subcontractor, the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (IFMS) under Contract 500-00-0024, Task Order #13. That contract expired on 9/30/2009.
