Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS)

The Medicare Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey (MCPSS) is designed to measure quantifiable data on provider satisfaction with the performance of Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) contractors. Specifically, the survey will enable the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to use provider satisfaction as an additional measure to evaluate performance of key services performed by Medicare contractors and to encourage improvement efforts by contractors to ensure quality service.
