Save a Smile Program

This program will expand dental care access to Medicaid eligible children residing in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. It is is identifying eligible children and providers willing to participate in the Medicaid reimbursement program. It is assuring that preventive care is provided for children, and that necessary follow up appointments are made. The children are tracked for continued Medicaid eligibility and for follow through with dental care needs.
