Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS announces scheduled maintenance to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Please note that this maintenance will not cause an outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system, but submitters may note performance or connectivity issues during the maintenance. HETS submitters that connect via a static TCP/IP destination IP address may encounter periods where they cannot connect to HETS during this maintenance. The maintenance is scheduled to be begin at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, November 4, 2022. The HETS 270/271 system will remain available during the maintenance. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 10:00 PM ET on Friday, November 4, 2022.
