Medicare HETS 270/271 - R2022Q400 System Release Status - December 10, 2022

Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:  

CMS announces that installation of the HETS R2022Q400 release is complete.  The release has been validated and all maintenance is complete.

CMS also announces that the R2022Q400 version of the HETS 270/271 Companion Guide (v10-27) (PDF) was updated yesterday.  The additional changes in this version were to clarify existing documentation regarding the HETS 271 ESRD response only.  Additional information about these ESRD documentation changes can be found in the Revision History in Appendix D.
