Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS IT identified that some Submitters that utilize a DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA certificate were being impacted by an issue where their DigiCert certificate's revocation list (CRL) was not updated in a timely manner by DigiCert. HETS was therefore rejecting connection requests sent with these certificates.
CMS IT has verified that Certificate Authority (CA) DigiCert resolved this issue at approximately 8:09 PM ET. Following that update, HETS once again began accepting connectivity requests from these SOAP or MIME submitters. All impacted Submitters should now see proper results.
