Hospice Interdisciplinary Team: Addition of Marriage and Family Therapists & Mental Health Counselors
CMS updated Sections 40.1.1 and 40.2.1 of the Hospice Benefit Policy Manual, Chapter 9 (PDF) to include marriage and family therapists and mental health counselors on the hospice interdisciplinary team.

Revised Part B Inflation Rebate Guidance: Using the 340B Modifier — Reminder
Learn about the revised requirement to include the JG or TB modifier (PDF) on claims for separately-payable Part B drugs and biologicals acquired under the 340B Drug Pricing Program effective January 1, 2024. This requirement applies to all providers who participate in this program and bill Medicare for separately payable Part B drugs and biologicals. Contact your Medicare Administrative Contractor if you have difficulty reporting the appropriate modifier.
Starting January 1, 2025, if you're a 340B covered entity, you must report the TB modifier on claims, even if you’re using the JG modifier.
