Coverage to Care (C2C) is an initiative, developed by CMS, to help people understand their health coverage and connect them to the primary care and the preventive services that are right for them, so they can live a long and healthy life. The Connecting Kids to Coverage National Campaign
The Connecting Kids to Coverage National Campaign is a national outreach and enrollment initiative focused on reaching out to families with children and teens eligible for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). The Campaign lets families know who is eligible, what benefits children can get, and how to apply for and renew coverage. More information about the Campaign can be found at InsureKidsNow.gov.
The Connecting Kids to Coverage National Campaign offers a variety of materials for partners through their Outreach Tool Library that focus on initiatives like back-to-school, mental health, vaccinations, and more.
