Pennsylvania’s participation in the federal Consumer Assistance Program grant was completed in August 2014, however, the Pennsylvania Insurance Department continues to provide assistance to consumers with health insurance questions or problems. You can contact them via their toll-free hotline at 1-877-881-6388.
