Medicare Hospital Insurance Trust Fund Depletion in the Fiscal Year 2024 President’s Budget

This memorandum summarizes the Office of the Actuary’s (OACT’s) estimate of the change in the depletion date of the Medicare Hospital Insurance Trust Fund resulting from additional revenues provided for in the FY 2024 President’s Budget Proposed Law Baseline.
