As of Friday, March 11, 2011 at 6 PM, CMS will experience a temporary delay in processing of State MAPD files. Processing is expected to resume Monday, March 14, 2011 at 6 AM. This delay is the result of MARx end-of-month processing. As a result of this delay, beneficiaries who would have been newly deemed for the low-income subsidy deeming and/or auto/facilitated enrolled during this time and that would have appeared on the TRR of Sunday, March 13, 2011 will instead be transmitted on the TRR of Sunday, March 20, 2011. However, starting Tuesday, March 15, 2011, data will be available in CMS' systems, and plans may use the Integrated User Interface (IUI) or Batch Eligibility Query (BEQ) to access them
