Secure Portal
The HFPP Portal enables its Partners to interact securely, efficiently, and effectively.
Infrastructure
The HFPP Trusted Third Party (TTP) information technology infrastructure is maintained in a highly secure and scalable Amazon Web Services (AWS) Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) accredited Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment.
Re-Occuring Security Audits
Re-occurring security audits and assessments are performed to maintain the CMS Authorization to Operate (ATO), which authorizes the operation of an information system.
Key Security and Privacy Features
Key security and privacy features include identity management, role-based access control, data encryption, data de-identification, data access and change auditing, appropriate archiving, and data disposal.
AWS Services
The HFPP TTP consumes AWS products for data protection, infrastructure protection, identity and access management, threat detection, and continuous monitoring for safeguarding health information.
Continuous Monitoring
The HFPP TTP utilizes continuous security monitoring with automated monitoring across various security information sources and manual monitoring activities. These solutions provide real-time visibility into the TTP’s security posture while constantly monitoring for cyber threats, misconfigurations, or other security vulnerabilities.
