Earlier this year, we partnered with StoryCorps, a nonprofit organization that aims to record, preserve, and share the stories of Americans from all backgrounds and beliefs, to interview 21 pairs or trios from CMS OMH partner and stakeholder organizations. Each of these recordings tells a unique story of how these individuals and their organizations are working towards health equity in their communities.

Our goals in recording and sharing these conversations were to have such impactful conversations, bring to light the important work being done by community-based organizations in advancing health equity, and amplify the voices of community members most deeply impacted by inequities. We celebrate our partners and stakeholders for the valuable work they do to ensure minority communities across the country have access to the resources they need to achieve their best health.
